A Refresh Installation package includes the following products, services and qualifications to ensure that your system has a long hassle free and efficient life span.

• Refresh carries a $ 5,000,000 public liability Insurance policy
  
  
• Refresh is Arctic certified by the National Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Council
  
  
• All our electricians hold a current Electrical contractors licence
  (Even refrigeration mechanics that hold a restricted electrical licence cannot legally do any electrical installation work, they are licensed to repair or replace electrical equipment only)
  
  
• CFC users accreditation number 26960133SA
  
  
•  20 gauge or thicker refrigeration pipe with fire retardant closed cell insulation. This type of pipe is to ensure a maximum life span for your air conditioner.  
  
  
• 77mm heavy-duty slimline pipe cover, wall outlet and bends. (The neatest looking pipe cover available, protects the refrigerant pipe and allows easy access for maintenance)
  
  
• An appropriate sized reinforced precast concrete slab if required. Wall and roof brackets will be quoted separately
  
  
•  Electrical isolator at the out door unit and designated circuit and circuit breaker back to the switchboard for units 5kw (2hp) and over. (No need for ugly power leads and power points coming from the indoor unit)
  
  
• All systems are fully evacuated to remove air and moisture from the refrigeration system then commissioned and quality control checked. Because we do this our systems perform a lot better for a longer period of time compared to others that don't.
  
  
• To ensure total customer satisfaction & Quality Control and Commissioning Sheet will be filled out during the commissioning process by our installer, you can be involved in this or you can just check and sign off the check list on completion.
