At REFRESH, we have developed an intelligent air filtration system that represents an outstanding industry first.

Disposable Filters

Firstly, we use a 700mm x 550mm ‘Return Air Grille’ that will fit into the hallway of any Queensland home. This means that the grille does not have to be located in a living area, and importantly, does not require any alterations to the structural timbers supporting your roof.

VForm Filters

However, the industry-standard filter for this 700mm x 550mm grille is usually too small for units above 10.0kW cooling power. Therefore, we replace the standard ‘flat panel’ filter with the high capacity ‘V-form’ filter created uniquely for REFRESH.

Cleverly, this results in an immediate reduction in the air velocity as it travels through both the grille and air filter. And that’s important because uncontrolled air velocity is the main cause of annoying air noise in any air conditioning system.

• Return Air Grille is located in the hall (not in a living area);

• The potential for air noise is kept to an absolute minimum; and,

• No alterations need be made to your roof structure or plaster cornices.
