B. Residential Service & Maintenance
Residential air conditioners should be serviced at least once a year to ensure maximum performance and 
reliability when you need it the most, a regular service plan will prolong the lifespan of your investment.

And we will provide you with Vermin Treatment for the protection of electronic circuit boards (outdoor units only) at the special valued customer rate of $65 per unit (normally $173) as part of the service, potentially saving you hundreds of dollars!
