Residential air conditioners should be serviced at least once a year to ensure maximum performance and reliability when you need it the most, a regular service plan will prolong the lifespan of your investment.
As part of our commitment to providing our valuable customers with the best possible service, we will provide you with over a hundred dollars in savings on vermin treatment if the vermin treatment is carried out with your next service.
A vermin treatment will successfully reduce the damage to electronic circuit boards causes by geckos, rats and other vermin, which is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty!
By booking one of the following services
- Split Systems – $99 each (additional systems quoted at discounted price)
- Ducted System – $198 each (additional systems quoted at discounted price)
- Multiple Systems at a quoted price (quote provided free of charge)
And we will provide you with Vermin Treatment for the protection of electronic circuit boards (outdoor units only) at the special valued customer rate of $65 per unit (normally $173) as part of the service, potentially saving you hundreds of dollars!
Residential services include:
- Checking of electrical terminals
- Cleaning of air filters, and condenser coils
- Checking of condensate drains if required
- Checking for refrigerant leaks
- Checking of motor bearings
- Checking noise levels and vibration
- Checking general operation of compressors, fans and electronics
- Optional replacement of remote batteries, filter mediums, anti bacterial filters and deodorising filters at fantastic prices.
- Performance test for temperature difference through fan coil
- Checking zone system
- Check for air leaks
- Check for rust corrosion
