As a customer of Refresh Air Conditioning you have the right to expect the following standards
from us…
- Professional Standards. As professionals in our industry, we shall comply with – or exceed – the
requirements of all the relevant industry standards.
- Accountability. We accept accountability for the products, services and advice we give you. For the
reason, each of our key promises to you will be clearly outlined in our written quotation.
- Honesty in Communication. We always communicate with you in a manner that is open, honest and
respectful. Should any misunderstanding occur, we will endeavour to resolve such with you personally at
the first opportunity.
- Keeping Commitments. We will always keep to our agreement and appointments, and if we need to
change these agreements and appointments, we will inform you immediately.
- Value-for-money. We will deliver to you the most effective products and services(not necessarily the
‘cheapest’), which will give you excellent results.
- Customer Feedback. We are open to your feedback at any time on how we are delivering these
products and services.
- Installation Excellence. We are determined not to take ‘shortcuts’ on installation quality. We will
take every precaution to protect your home and furnishings. At completion, we will clean up beyond your
expectations and fully demonstrate how to use your system.
- Honouring your Referrals. We commit ourselves to courteously and professional following-up any
referrals you give us within 48 hours of receiving the referral.
- Respecting your privacy. Our team will respect your premises and possessions and be most considerate
of your privacy.
- ‘Customer-for-life’ Service. We understand that, once you invest with Refresh Air Conditioning, you
expect to be treated as a customer for life.
